The bad news is it was the worst HPMA to date.  Bad PA: couldn’t understand a word unless the speaker yelled into the mic.  Bad sound for the bands, I mean it sounded like crap, really.  Blunders, I mean mistakes abound.  No seating.  I felt like I was at a high school production.  If there are financial constraints, you may want to (like the Showcase) consider not doing it at all.  If you do want to continue the HPMA, look at the 2013 show for an example of what to do.  The good news is, you have a year to fix it.
