Music's Biggest Douchebags: 2012 Edition

1. Chris Brown
Chris Brown could pretty much take this award every single year. No one lives up to the name more. We'd like to remind you now that the incident in which he beat up his then-girlfriend Rihanna occurred in February 2009. Brown could have handled that in a lot of ways. Instead, here we are almost four years later and he continues to rehash the incident as part of some douchebag psychosis.

This year, he apparently referenced the incident while trying to pick up a woman at a party (exact words: "Can I get your number? I promise I won't beat you!"), got a massive tattoo on his neck of a battered woman who looks suspiciously like Rihanna, allegedly got into a club fight with Drake over her, and has repeatedly given his middle finger to ""haters" while claiming his Grammy excuses any of his other behavior. Then he went and dressed as a terrorist for Halloween and got into a Twitter feud with another woman over his previous actions towards women. This all combines to essentially make Chris Brown not only music's biggest douchebag in 2012, but possibly the worst person in the world.

I agree with these inclusions, except maybe albini - but must say that you misrepresented the truth when it comes to two "douchebag actions":

1.Albini didn't criticize Palmer for financing her project through crowdsourcing - His criticisms were over her requesting that string and horn musicians volunteer to play for FREE in her 'grand theft orchestra". This is a far more valid criticism. He made some good points, like how it reminded him of what he hated in the old school music biz: people taking advantage of those who love music so much theyre willing to put up with greed and utter bullshit.

2.Chris Brown is a total loser douchebag - That said, pretty much as soon as better, more clear pictures were made public, it became pretty clear his tattoo was not a 'battered woman' at all - it was instead one of those traditional mexican 'zombie' faces you see everywhere these days (Forget their name)

Please, get your facts straight.

@CoreyDeiterman @massmurdermedia plenty of reasons, such as killing foreign civilians at a rate dwarfing his predecessor, or NDAA... and history is rife with false flags, including this country, it's not a phenomenon started by the Tea Party against Obama... what's shameful is the number of media outlets dismissing real stories in lieu of such fare as Lindsay Lohan's latest fart, or a compendium of douchebags... move along, nothing to see here...
