Rocks Offs day job is as a clerk in a sheet music store, and this is the time of year when a lot of people start coming in to buy sheet music for their weddings. Frankly, it's one of the most monotonous parts of the job. 99 percent of the people pick the same, unimaginative pieces over and over again for the sake of tradition. They'll pick up Pachelbel's "Canon in D," Bach's "Jesus, Joy of Man's Desiring," Handel's "Water Music," the "Ave Marias," and the two wedding marches.

Sure, those traditional pieces have there place, but how about a little originality here? There are millions of songs in the world that would make good ceremony tracks. You don't have to play everything your mom had at here wedding. How about...

Pat Metheny, "Let Joy and Innocence Prevail"

At five minutes long, "Let Joy and Innocence Prevail" is a bit much for a bridal entrance, but the brilliant guitar track would be great for a the rest of the wedding party to walk out to. Plus, if you've ever heard the vocal version of the tune sung by Grace Jones then you know it's the ultimate love song, a testament of a woman's dedication to her solider husband.

Yiruma, "River Flows in You"

Yes the song from Twilight, don't give us that look. It's a great piano tune with a beautiful flowing melody that would do any bride justice as she walked down the aisle. You might say that any song from Twilight is a poor choice to accompany real world love, but we'd point out that people play "Trumpet Voluntary" all the time and that was written by a guy who blew his brains out in a churchyard because one of his students wouldn't date him. At least Bella and Edward made it to the altar.
