So, did you get all your Christmas shopping done? Oh, uhh...you haven't started? You're not alone. Tons of us procrastinate and leave it all until the last possible weekend (or if you're really ballsy, Christmas Eve) and then we're super screwed, forced to brave Memorial City, Katy Mills or even the queen demon, The Galleria.

If you're not one of the mega-planners that ordered everything from Amazon on cyber Monday and need a little inspiration, we've compiled the top five songs about shopping and maybe a couple about five-finger discounts to get you movin'.

5. The Smiths - Shoplifters of the World Unite

Released in 1987, the song alludes to the communist slogan, "Workers of the world, unite!" In an interview with UK writer Shaun Duggan, Morrissey said of the song's meaning, "It's more or less spiritual shoplifting, cultural shoplifting, taking things and using them to your own advantage." Morrissey wants your soul, so hand it over, hand it over, hand it over or he'll keep up with the pelvic thrusting.

4. Fugazi - Merchandise

There is no official Fugazi merchandise, so if your kid wants a t-shirt for Christmas, DIY. Said Ian MacKaye, "We just want to put out records. The rest seems somewhat empty."

3. Sublime - Pawn Shop

From their 1996 release Sublime, the song is a sort of slightly altered cover of the 1984 Wailing Souls song, "War Deh Round a John Shop." It's also been said that singer Brad Nowell would, at times, pawn his instruments for drug money.

2. Jane's Addiction - Been Caught Stealing

Released in 1990, "Been Caught Stealing" spent 4 weeks at #1 and was Jane's Addiction's biggest song. Ferrell sings "When I want something, I don't want to pay for it." Bad advice that could get you arrested. Arizona cops just thought this guy was stealing and look what happened.

1. The Miracles- Shop Around

The song, written by Smokey Robinson and Berry Gordy in 1960, tells the story of a wise mother advising her grown son on finding a good woman. Unlike Jane's Addiction, here, we get good advice both for, you know, finding a life partner and buying holiday gifts.
