​Former management at NBC was smart enough to stick with Conan O'Brien's Late Night franchise despite an unsteady beginning, and were rewarded when Coco went on to build one of the most reliably solid shows in late-night history. He was afforded no such wisdom from Jeff "Soul Suckin' Jerk" Zucker, who made the decision in the first place to force Jay Leno to retire from The Tonight Show and hand it over to Conan, then wet his pants and cried when the switch didn't immediately start raking in ratings and money hand over fist.

We regret that things didn't work out for Conesy, but we're confident he'll go on to even bigger success at a network that knows how to let him do his thing. ¡Vivá Conando!
