This hilarious clip features cameos by John F. Kennedy, Barack Obama, the cast of Mortal Kombat (the video game, not the awful movie), a bunch of low-riders and some bangin' techno beats. Thanks to our pals at Free Press Houston. You know, the more Rocks Off thinks about it - remember, that's March 28, free all day and $20 for the sick evening festival at Numbers with St. Vincent (swoon), Valient Thorr (rawk!), Devin the Dude (puff, puff, give) and more - he's more excited about the Block Party than SXSW. Is that wrong?
