Parents, grab your wallets: The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo announced today that ultra-clean-cut fraternal pop-rockers the Jonas Brothers will handle the post-rodeo concert chores at Reliant Stadium Sunday, March 8.

If you don't know who the Jonas Brothers are, Rocks Off thinks its safe to assume you have no one between ages 11 and 18 living under your roof, but they're kind of popular. Last week the Jonases were announced as the halftime performers at the Dallas Cowboys/Seattle Seahawks game Thanksgiving Day at Irving's Texas Stadium. Fun fact: pop savant Adam Schlesinger, whose day job is fronting fellow Jerseyites Fountains of Wayne, contributed songwriting to the Jonas' 2006 debut It's About Time.

The rodeo also announced three more concerts: country-pop superstars Rascal Flatts, opening night March 3; country teen heartthrob Taylor Swift March 20; and latter-day Roger Miller Brad Paisley March 12. Season-ticket packages, starting at $312, are on sale now; mini-season ticket packages A and B, which include nine of the rodeo's 18 concerts, go on sale starting at $181. The Jonas Brothers are part of Package B. See rodeohouston.com for further details.

Though those were the only four names announced, the rodeo did hint at what else is to come. All remaining dates are labeled "country" except March 19 ("pop") and March 22 ("classic rock"). March 9 and 16 are TBA. Black Heritage Day is March 6, and Go Tejano day falls on March 15. Neither is part of any season-ticket package. - Chris Gray
