Just scouting the local Internets and it appears that country-tinged rockers News on the March will go around 3 p.m.
Update: Hip-hopper Nosaprise announced on MySpace that he's slated to play at 3:30 p.m. We're guessing this means News on the March is up after or before them. Make sure you check back here for updates ... (Or leave your computer and come to the SSS Festival.)
