First Rodeo Performers Announced: Houston Just Can’t Get Enough Hannah
Three more top names are also headed to Houston next March: Tim McGraw (opening night, March 3); Mrs. Tim McGraw, Faith Hill (March 4); and country-pop crossover heartthrobs Rascal Flatts (March 11). The rest of the three-week lineup will be announced January 7, but the rodeo has slotted March 12 for “Classic Rock,” March 5, 13, 17 and 19 as “TBA” and the rest as “Country.”
Season ticket packages for all 20 performances, starting at the bargain-basement price of $650 (only $32.50 per show, y’all), are on sale now, albeit only by phone at 832-667-1080 or in person at RodeoHouston’s ticket office on the second floor of Reliant Center (9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday). Mini packages, good for nine performances, go on sale Wednesday for $298 (upper level) and $352 (loge). Montana fans, be sure to select package B, which also includes Hill’s show. McGraw and Rascal Flatts admirers, you want package A. Black Heritage Day, March 7, and Go Tejano Day, March 16, are sold separately and not included in the mini packages.
