This video in Calgary is NOT in any way related to the death in the Houston Galleria Hotel. Not the same girl at all. Why the fuk wud u put this video out here, 'dude.' For Family & Friends of these girls to have access, to include the world? Wtf is wrong with you 'bro.' Maybe just maybe, you could have SAVED her life instead of filming her death. Shame on you and your 'shaking' friend. Shame on you both.

Unless the deceased was a public figure, should this be in the news?

I still haven't heard anything about it on the news. It must have been someone "important" for them to keep something like this quiet.

She appeared to be a pretty young girl with long blonde hair. I hope the Chronicle will report on this Tuesday.

I am a limo driver and was dropping off someone. I arrived seconds after she landed a few steps from front door. She landed on lightweight metal canopy which collapsed. She was lying flat on top of collapsed canopy. She was obviously dead. The valets and doormen were still in the process of realizing what happened. It was 15 minutes before police arrived.

I think it is outrageous that something like this could happen and not be reported on in any media whatsoever. What else goes on we are not hearing about.

I was there one minute after she fell. I immediately called channel 2 and spoke with the news department. They seemed interested but I have yet to see one word written or spoken of the incident. She appeared to be a very pretty young girl with blond hair and she first hit a lightweight metal canopy which collapsed and then of course she hit a landscape area just a few feet from the front door where the valets and doormen are stationed.

This makes the second peron I know who jumped from that building. Back in the early 90's, I worked at what was then the Telecheck building next door and late one night, this guy jumped (was pushed?). About 5 fire trucks and 10 or so police showed up. Fast forward to a few hours later, all these guys in black suits came and were there for the rest of the night. To this day I dont who this guy was as it never made the news..

Oh, and this guy jumped from the roof of the Arena Towers at 59 and Fondren too. I was working there (I had a lot of jobs OK? LOL) and this guy jumped from the roof around lunchtime and landed on the roof of that Arena Theater walkway. Unfortunatly I was able to actually SEE the aftermath of that one. Not a pretty sight and not something I will ever forget. And this ALSO didnt make the news. And no one could figure out how he even got up there.

That is the second girl to do that… in the 80's another girl jumped to her death from the inside of the mall...

Why is the HP the only source to report on this story?

Eek. Isn't that indoors? Surprised they didn't land on someone.
