The Houston Press Moves to New Digs, From Downtown to Midtown

OK maybe every day here wasn't this good

The original glass windows remained on the building's second and third floors until 2010, when they were replaced with energy-efficient storm windows. While Hurricane Ike battered the Galveston coast, the office suffered significant water damage when water flowed from the roof parking area into the suites below.

Check out our video on how the Houston Press rebuilt after Hurricane Ike:

Don't worry, our move won't affect the weekly delivery of the Houston Press to your favorite newsstand.

Our new address will be 2603 La Branch Street, Houston TX 77004 and the phone number hasn't changed. 713-280-2400

And tune in next week as we update from our new digs.
