I USE TO LIVE 4 MTHS AGO IN KATY TEXAS , PLANTATION LAKES-77449-OFF OF FRY-WEST LITTLE YORK, MY CAT WENT MISSING THERE, HE WAS A 4 YEAR OLD NEUTERED LYNX POINT SIAMESE INDOOR OUTDOOR CAT HE NEW ALL OF HIS SURRONDING AREA, HE WOULD HAVE NEVER JUST RAN OFF. , WHILE SEARCHING FOR HIM SOME TEENAGE SKATEBOARDERS TOOK ME TO A DEAD CAT THAT RESEMBLED MINE, ONLY HALF OF HIS BODY WAS THERE THE HEAD AND FRONT LEGS WERE NOT, THERE WAS NO BLOOD-IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS JUST PLACED THERE. HE WAS IN THE GRASS FAR AWAY FROM THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. NEXT TO A DRAINAGE DITCH, I PUT UP FLYERS FOR MY CAT UNTEEN NUMBER OF TIMES BUT THEY WOULDNT LAST UP FOR ONE DAY. THE CAT REALLY RESEMBLED MINE BUT I WAS IN SHOCK AND DIDNT CHECK TO SEE IF IT WAS NEUTERED. THERE IS SOME WOODS IN THAT AREA, I HAVE SEEN THESE KIDS WALKING BACK THERE MANY TIMES. I LIVED ON RIVERPOINTE LN. THEY LIVE ON COZY CABIN, THE NEXT BLOCK OVER. I HAVE THIS AWFUL FEELING THEY HAD SOMTHING TO DO WITH THIS. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT DOWN THE STREET FROM ME ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS CAT LOOK LIKE IT WAS STABBED BY A KNIFE, STILL ALIVE. MAYBE YOU KNOW SOMEONE THAT CAN CHECK OUT THIS AREA. I AM STILL LOOKING FOR MY LOST CAT, I WILL NEVER KNOW IF THAT WAS HIM OR NOT. WE NOW LIVE IN OKLAHOMA. BUT WERE STILL SEARCHING THE WEBSITE FROM HERE.

Serial psychopathic murderers often start with small prey as practice. They typically evolve to larger and larger prey, usually ending with human beings. Any criminal psychologist will tell you that. Better yet read the backgrounds of any known psychopath killer: they always start by torturing and mutilating small animals. If HPD gave a damn, they would see this kind of work has all the markings of a psychopath-in-training. Whoever is doing this needs to be stooped. Now. If he is not, he will simply consider it a free pass to continue in his grisly apprenticeship. And when the first human victim is found, what will HPD blame for its negligence?
@bloodgerm my first reply vanished, so this may be duplicated. Want to say I'm very sorry to hear this. There are too many cruel people and from internet research I've learned this awful crime is far too common in many places. Found similar stories in England as well. There is a new page on Facebook pertaining to the Houston inner city killings. Its called Justice for Murdered Cats in Heights. Once you 'Like' the page, you can keep up with updates on the ongoing case.
@CR250 The cats found in Timbergrove and Lazybrook area have been either sliced open with intestines out (not eaten), sliced cleanly in half (no parts missing), quartered, divided in pieces (as in photo) or beheaded. No blood found at scene, mutilation taking place elsewhere and placement of remains are most often left in plain view for passersby, residents or cat's owner.
