Austin Noodle House Owner Flips Out on Facebook Over Sandy Hook Tragedy, Ultimately Apologizes and Goes to Church
The owner of the Thai Noodle House is in hot tom yum gai after he dropped some particularly heinous statements about the Sandy Hook shooting on his Facebook page. Eddie Nimibutr's rant about how no one cares about minorities being shot has made national headlines and the backlash has caused him to do an about-face and apologize.

In a classic example of the public nature of social networking, Nimibutr, born in Thailand, was unapologetic at first after the comments he initially made about the tragedy in Connecticut.
I don't care if a bunch of white kids got killed. Fuck Post-Racial bullshit. When kids from minority groups get shot, nobody cares. When Israel launched missiles at the school on Gaza, everybody was too busy jerking off. Why should i care about people who dont give a damn about me?
But just today, Nimibutr issued an apology and even admitted he went to church for the first time in years after calling it "superstitions" in his initial rant.
I truly caught hell these past few days. I am beyond myself with this firestorm. I am truly sorry for the pain I have caused and the things I have said. I didn't mean to upset anyone of you. I am broken and lost. I am very sorry for the misundertandings I created. I deserved the punishment for the chaos I made. I even walked into church and sat there awhile. wow, 10 years since. I really don't know where else to turn. All I can say is I am very sorry to you my friends. I don't know how else to express my sincere apology.
Other rants have either been hidden or removed from his Facebook page.
