It took about a month but Harris County Sheriff's Office investigators finally have U.S. Marine George Aragon back in the United States, specifically in the Harris County Jail on charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

The 22-year-old Aragon was picked up about a month ago in Guam but refused to waive extradition back to the States, the sheriff's office said. Members of the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders & Fugitive Task Force took him into custody.

According to a press release from HCSO investigators: "Aragon sexually assaulted his victim over a period of several years. That child is now in her teens."

According to the release:

The Gulf Coast Violent Offenders & Fugitive Task Force, which includes Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies and Deputy U.S. Marshals, discovered that Aragon was actively serving in the US Marine Corps (USMC) and was stationed in Japan. Task Force Investigators further learned that Aragon was on temporary assignment at an airbase in Guam. With the assistance of Deputy US Marshals from the Guam office and investigators from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Task Force investigators arrested Aragon. He was extradited to Houston and booked into the Harris County Jail on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 where he is being held on a $50,000 bond.

What a crappy article about me. "Refused to waive extradition". Negative, I waived my rights. "Aragon sexually assaulted a child". Negative, case was dismissed under false pretense and lack of evidence, deceit, and lies. The only thing that is correct about this article is the fact I'm a marine, and still a marine. Also, that I went to jail. This should be taken down. Its misguided, inaccurate, and delibrately offensive. Amazing how a troubled teen can temporiraly sabotage an law abiding citizen who is serving his country overseas. Thank margaret, this article was interesting to read.
