Gabino Silva surrenders.
Both suspects caught on video barricading the front door of a crowded bar and then setting it on fire have turned themselves in to authorities.

First was Jaime Mata, who did most of the work captured on tape, who told police he was surrendering because "his face was all over the news," the Houston Fire Department said.

The second suspect, Gabino Pocho Silva, turned himself in yesterday, HFD said. Both have been charged with the second-degree felony of arson.

Video showed them barricading the door to a bar in the 8000 block of Harrisburg on April 19. They had been asked to leave and were apparently angry about it.

Another camera showed at least one of the men in the back, setting a fire to the place.

Patrons were able to escape through an exit that had not been barricaded.
