Chelsee Goins: Ride at your peril.
Meet Chelsee Goins. As inviting as the prospect may seem to some of you horndogs out there, you probably don't want to be jumping in the front seat of any car she's driving. The Longview 19-year-old racked up DWIs in both June and July of last year, and has just added a third earlier this week.

In fact, Goins is extremely lucky to be alive after her latest incident. According to KLTV, DPS troopers spotted her barreling down Interstate 20 at over 100 miles an hour during Monday's rainstorm. After wrecking her car, cops said, she was a staggering mess when they attempted to give her sobriety tests.

Cops also discovered an empty bottle of cough syrup in her purse. Asked if she'd consumed its contents, Goins gave this memorable reply, before posing for one of the oddest mugshots we've yet seen (included after the jump):

Gregg County Jail
The last face you want to see hovering over your body on an operating table.
"That's just what I do," she reportedly said. If the photos on her Facebook page are any indication, giving the whole world the finger is pretty much all she does.

While we wonder if she would explain the surgical mask she's rocking in the same blasé manner, we must admit we just don't know what's up with that.

Goins was taken to Gregg County Jail, where she was being held in lieu of $20,000 bond. A third DWI conviction would make her a felon and could bring her as much as two years behind bars, a shit-ton of community service, mandatory alcohol/drug treatment (possibly under lock and key), a $10,000 fine, a two-year driving ban and a mess of other stuff. Since she was already on probation for the previous two DWIs, she might be facing the upper reaches of the max penalties.

Let's hope the rehab component of her sentence sticks. She's young enough to completely turn her life around.

There is somebody who is in desperate need of drug/alcohol rehab, an expert Orange County DUI lawyer gototrial.com. The fact that the story of this teens third DWI has become so wide spread is strange, because it's really not that unique. People get third, fourth and fifth DWIs all the time across the nation, at various ages. 19 years old, is definitely on the younger side of things, but still nothing to write home about.

She's a dumbass.  A kick in the butt will do her good.  Lock her away for a while so she can get help and most of all keep her off the road.

she is obviously in need of help, jails do not rehabilitate criminals, it creates them. Our society is designed to create problems like this, we need to change people

Somebody please take her to the coroner's office and show her the mangled naked bodies laying on metal gurneys, the fruit of DWI.

She actually can't be convicted of felony DWI 3rd. A DWI 3rd requires two previous DWI convictions prior to being charged with the 3rd DWI. Because her two previous DWIs are still, presumably, pending, she can only be charged with a Class B Misdemeanor DWI first on all three DWIs which has a maximum penalty of six months in county jail. Where they'll get her is when she inevitably violates her probation. The judge then has a lot of discretion on what to do with her. It sounds like she needs bootcamp.

That's a rough looking 19 in the top photo and a rough looking Treasure Troll in the bottom. I can already think of the community service. It should involve how alcohol will not make you as sympathetic as Nick Cage in "Leaving Los Vegas," but it will make you LOOK like Nick Cage in "The Sorcerer's Apprentice."

Yikes.

 Girls Gone Wild: DWI Edition.

The unfortunate thing is that, in a country where you can rack up multiple DWI offenses, pay your fine, get of jail and regain your 'rights' to drive on our roads, she'll eventually end up killing someone else, rather than herself....

Judge will take one look at her and set her free because she does not fit the profile of a felon as deemed by the criminal justice system.

What an idiot....somebody stop her. Where are her parents? I would say other people are lucky to be alive after her over 100 mph stint....don't care much for her ridiculous behavior. My mother would have taken the car from me the FIRST time and would drive me everywhere: work, school, etc. Put a leash on her stupidity. Why would they allow the mask? She must have messed her mouth up in the accident.

Um, what about the photos on her FB page of a baby asleep not in a car seat? WTF?

Her sister's death doesn't make it okay to join her, or help sending anyone else to meet her.

Possible explanation but not an excuse...Had I known about that I would have included it though.

A motion to revoke probation was filed Thursday (Jan. 12) on both of her previous DWI convictions, which were adjudicated Dec. 13 when she accepted two years' probation. She faces up to 180 days in jail on those charges. Because they were adjudicated during the same hearing - and her sentences run concurrently - I don't know if this latest arrest will stand as a felony.

Are you trying to say dumb ass driver? I am sorry, I was trying to make sense out of this and if you are saying that, then I agree with you. If you are saying damn ass driver, its spelled differently but doesn't really make any sense. Sorry for being grammatically correct....no I am not.

Let's see, grammar princess.  You missed the quotes around "dumb ass driver" both times.  You missed the comma before "and" in the second sentence.  You missed the apostrophe in "its".  It should be it's not its.  You missed the comma before "but" in the penultimate sentence.  That could actually be called the last sentence because your last "sentence" was a fragment.  Also, you missed a comma after "no" in your last fragment.  Try harder to be a grammar Nazi.  You are doing it wrong.
