This is rank. The attorney should be disbarred if he failed to disclose to the court that he had a vested financial interest in the Harveys' marital estate. For years we heard Mr. Harvey brag about how wonderful Miss Mary was and what a great partner she was in his professional and personal life. If the assets are aquired during the mnarriage, he needs to be fair and pay Miss Mary her fair share. I do agree that she should have had independent counsel and a forensic CPA to examine all of the books in the interest of full discloure. For Mr. Harvey and his attorney to proceeded otherwise was absoulutely irresponsible and lends tremendous credibility to the allegations. Trust me, an attorney does not file a complaint for damages based on a settled case without some sufficient documentation to meet the threshold of credibility with his assigned judge. If the allegations are true, Mr. Anderson needs to be disbarred and he and Mr. Harvey both need to pay up!!

Wow! Go figure this one out. There is no joking around this for Steve Harvey. According to Mediatakeout.com the shocking Steve Harvey abuse lawsuit has come to an end. Apparently Steve and his ex-wife are very close to reaching a monetary settlement.

Mary Harvey was suing Steve for swindling her out of millions, and for mental and physical abuse. Last week the site also reported that Steve was facing prison time if a judge ruled that he contemptuously withheld vital information from Mary's legal team.

And it appears that the threat of prison time may have caused Steve to open up his wallet. According to one person familiar with the case, Steve offered Mary approximately $10M to settle the suit and Mary is expected to accept the offer.

First off Steve, Happy 51st birthday. Listen people, first off I have listened to Steve in California and now here in Georgia. This man and this woman are HUMAN first and foremost. Well, i was really hurted when i found out that Steve and Mary was divorced, not that i know either of them, but because of the way he used to talk about their relationship and how she had been with him when he had nothing and she had stood by his side.

He spoke of her as though she was the best thing that ever happened to him. Non thinking, dumb people kill me. believing everything they read about a person, especially celebrities. Steve has always spoke highly of Mary and I believe he will continue to do so. Hey;Man you Know that we don't get along and I am only trying to so people how you have tried to make my daily life absolutely uncomfrontable with you radio show. So; your public image really isn't good in our eyes at all. So; there thank you for backing off and stepping away from me and my family.You don't hear Tom Joyner saying that he has someone he's been watching for years or that he has a third eye.
