Is Mysterious Craigslist Ad a Government False Flag Op?

We hope the New World Order got our demo reel...
Conspiracy-minded lunatic fringe websites are all a-twitter over a mysterious Craigslist ad asking for "crisis actors for a government emergency drill" in Houston July 4 weekend.

Pulled shortly after it was posted earlier this month, the ad lives on in screenshots and talk of false flag operations on sites like Revere Radio Network, which states that similar ads have preceded "some type of disaster that involves real lives being lost and sometimes just actors of course to make it look real."

The ad, which features a graphic pic from the 2013 Boston marathon bombing, offers $200 for people who "will be responsible for portraying different emergency scenarios in a simulated government terror drill. No experience is needed. Confidentiality agreements are required....Please message for details."

Some sharp pontificating can be found on Fromthetrenchesworldreport.com, where astute trencher #1 NWO Hatr writes "I believe even the ad is bogus. I believe it is an open call only to those who've been doing this for a living. I seriously doubt they'd take their chances with just anyone off the street. I also believe they're paid far more than $200. Perhaps the posting is simply to give the 'drill' the appearance of legitimacy. Naturally, we all know better."

Damn straight.

On the same site, Mesphisto opines that this may be something of a false false flag, writing, "this may all be misdirection. I still believe New York makes such a 'wonderful' target as a '2nd attack' here would open a lot of old wounds of Americans that STILL believe 9/11 was 'Islamic terrorists.'"

It seems Mesphisto "knows" the "truth." He better watch his "back."

Over on Cathinfo.com, Neil Obstat is outraged by the money this shady shadow government is purportedly spending on this black op: "So they can pay $200 a head for people with 'no experience' but they can't manage to defend our open borders from an unprecedented influx of illegal aliens. Oh, I get it. The illegals from Mexico can head directly to Houston for the new job that pays $200. That'll get them off the border!"

Sounds a bit like sour grapes to us. We think Neil Obstat auditioned for a part but was turned down. Better luck next time, Neil.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see how things unfold that weekend.

You need a proofreader.....("similar ads have proceeded "some type of disaster").

"Ads" have not "proceeded" anything....they have preceded something.

I'm a proofreader extra-ordinaire....and I work cheap.

I thought the same thing at first.  I was walking my dog to Discovery Green on Wednesday 6/25 around 9 am, and I see yard signs posted throughout the Gardens that say "Mock Drill Today."  I'm at the park every morning and know the maintenance crew fairly well, and I ask him what is going on.  His response was and I quote "We are holding an evacuation drill, for like terrorist events or something."  He then told me, if I stayed a little longer I could watch it.  It consisted of a bunch of people either wearing Red, blue, or purple shirts walking around and then they evacuated everyone to one corner of the park.  There were 2 guys circling the park with headsets on almost staking the place out.  I have pictures and videos to prove it.  I posted it immediately on my FB.  Could mean absolutely nothing of course, but I think the ad was definitely real.  All the "volunteers" were all pretty young and looked like college kids without jobs.

@jimyoungsr Good eye. Sorry, the original comment used the word "proceed," and I had meant to include that within the quotation marks. Somewhere along the way, it got mixed up. Will correct now.
