You will ALLEGEDLY never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy...and boobs.
There are plenty of sexually oriented businesses in and around Harris County. For the most part, they are basically harmless, unless you count failed marriages, sexual addiction and alcoholism. So, when one goes bad, and, as in this case, allegedly REALLY bad, the Harris County Attorney's office steps in to try and put an end to all the topless shenanigans.

In this case, Harris County Attorney Vince Ryan has filed suit against the Houston Dolls Cabaret out in north Houston. It is alleged that the establishment is a hotbed of criminal activity including prostitution and the sale of drugs, as well as employing a worker under the age of 18. The suit claims Houston Dolls is a public nuisance, citing more than a dozen arrests and 22 warrants served at a raid in June, not to mention the more than 250 calls to the Sheriff's Office for this place since 2009.

Back in June, we wrote about the raid:

According to a release from the HCSO, the raid Thursday night led to over a dozen arrests, including a Salvadoran man wanted for murder in his home country, and the confiscation of $25,000 in cash and more than 70 gambling device mother boards.

"The club can either operate in a legal manner or we will see that it is closed down," Ryan said in a release.

The suit seeks a temporary injunction against club owner Rankin Road Inc. They couldn't come up with a better name than the road the place is located on? If the club owners don't come into compliance and stop all the monkey business, a judge could order them closed down for one year. But where on Rankin Road would everyone go for their boobs, drugs and illegal gambling?

ha! I used to work there and yes there is prostitution and yes there is drug dealing; just like every other club in houston. Hell the owner paid girls to "fornicate" with him. As long as you have topless bars you will have this kind of activity. There is no stopping it. Gotta stick up for the club though because the illegal gambling wasn't located inside the club though, it was the place next door. Get your facts straight before you put your articles out.

This is all set up by harris county to try and shut down clubs in there area but it started with adult studio's and went to the gentlemens clubs but what everyone forgets is there are only 3 gentlemens clubs in harris county st james who they never touch except for the little raid they tried to do just to put on a good show, joy of houston who has been raided but since has been left alone I wonder why and houston dolls who pissed harris county off because it disagreed with the new law that every employee had to have a license and that it cost 300 per person it might not seem like much but thats alot of money most of the people have families they support but harris county found out about the club not wanting the license and shorty after the club was raided now im not saying that the club is right but harris county arrested girls for s.o.b. violations and then said it was prostitution but in reality it was violation of the 6ft law and they arrested girls for being topless on stage but thats what they got the license for isn't it I think harris county is just making an example out of houston dolls so other clubs now what happens when u dont pay the "bills"

Another example of the government thinking they can run a business better than the business owner.

Treasures hands down...don't they know to PAY the kick back money by now and all the troubles never come? Ask St James what happens when you don't pay. You end up with a police bus taking away everyone including customers while the ghetto bird and new choppers hang out over head.

There are far more important things to worry about than this. Waste of resources.

Btw is there a cause and effect relationship between topless clubs, and that stuff in the line you sorta snuck in:  'failed marriages, sexual addiction and alcoholism'?
