Deandre Davis-Williams: The Gruesome, Horrifying Details on How He Raped 11-Year-Old Daily Until She Got Pregnant (Semi-NSFW)
Rape is terrible. Raping an 11-year-old girl, almost daily, until she becomes pregnant -- and then playing with her already-rocked 11-year-old mind by saying you'll commit suicide because of her -- that takes a special kind of monster.
Deandre Davis-Williams said he'd commit suicide.
And that's what court documents allege against Deandre Davis-Williams, 31, who is in Harris County Jail on felony charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Court documents say that almost daily he entered the apartment of an 11-year-old girl while her mother was away working one of two jobs and raped her.
The documents are full of heartbreaking detail: The girl's school, for example, called the mother to tell her the girl was believed to be pregnant. Horrified and offended at the accusation, she purchased a pregnancy test "to prove the school wrong" and, as she was explaining to the girl what it was for and how to use it, the girl broke down in tears and told what was happening.
(The girl gave birth to a healthy baby yesterday, officials told reporters.)
The court documents relay the girl's description of events, a description made all the more terrible because it is relayed through the language of a formerly innocent 11-year-old whose life, through no fault of her own, has been irrevocably changed.
The complainant [the girl] stated that the defendant would enter her apartment through the back door and follow her upstairs. [He] would grab her by the arm and pull her to the ground to put her on her back. [He] would then pull her bottoms down and she would tell him to stop, but he would not stop....[He] would touch her breast with her hands and her middle part (female sexual organ) with his middle part (male sexual organ). [He] would insert his middle part into her middle part. The complainant stated that she told the defendant to stop because it hurt, but he would not stop.
The complainant stated that when the defendant was done with her he would tell her to clean her middle part (female sexual organ) and she would see white stuff in her middle part.
This went on almost daily for almost six months beginning in June 2012.
After the brutality and pregnancy were discovered, court documents say, the mother confronted the defendant, who denied any wrongdoing.
"The complainant said the defendant [then] texted her and asked why she had told on him and told her that he was going to kill himself," court documents say.
He didn't. Instead police began an investigation and eventually arrested Davis-Williams, who has had a $50,000 bond set on him. (The bond's been tripled to $150,000.
