Sometime after 2:30 p.m., a Dodge Charger tried to take on a Metro light-rail train.

The light rail won.
A Metro official tells Hair Balls that the car was traveling eastbound on Jefferson Street and attempted to make a right turn onto Main Street when the vehicle collided with the southbound train.

Metro says that they first received a call at 2:40 p.m. and that "two patrons are claiming injury. They're non-life-threatening injuries."
We'll update if we hear more from Metro.
