Fatal traffic accident.
The holidays are an especially dangerous time to be on the road. Hundreds of people are killed every year over the holidays on the roadways and many of the deaths are the result of drunk drivers. Unfortunately for a 34-year-old woman, it appears she may be added to the statistics.

The Houston Police Department announced that Jennifer Nicole Molina, 21, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and accident involving injury or death. According to HPD, Molina was driving a blue Nissan Versa on the feeder road near 10100 North Freeway after 3 a.m. on Sunday, November 18, when she rear-ended a green Honda Civic before fleeing the scene and ultimately crashing through a fence before coming to stop in a parking lot. A family member convinced her to return to the scene about an hour later where she was arrested.

The driver of the Civic was forced into a concrete pillar. She was transported to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
