Two people found shot to death at 14302 Carolcrest St. about 10:30 a.m. on October 3 were part of an apparent murder-suicide, Houston police say.

Police identified the victims, both of the same address, as Gertrude Companion, 72, and Michael Companion, 71.
Police believe that Michael Companion shot his wife and then killed himself. The husband and wife were found in their bedroom.
