Justin Summers: Mover Accused of Upskirting, Touching Customer's 5-Year-Old Girl

Justin Summers faces two counts

A mover has been charged with improperly touching and photographing the five-year-old daughter of a customer while he was working in her house, court records say.

Justin Modesto Summers, 21, has been charged with indecency to a child and promotion of child pornography.

Court documents say that when he was moving a West U family on March 16, he came upon the girl and her five-year-old brother playing a game in one of the house's rooms.

The son told his mother that he saw one of the movers "lifting his sister's skirt and removing or pulling down her underwear and then taking several photographs of her genital area."

Investigators interviewed the girl, who confirmed the claim and added that the mover "touched her private area by putting his finger on it" before taking the pictures.

When police arrested Summers on June 23, two upskirt videos of the girl were found on his camera, but in both she was clothed.

Court documents show that in the past, Summers has been charged with possession of marijuana and assault on a public servant. They say he was an employee of A Better Tripp Moving and Storage.

Pedophiles unfortunately get by in the adoption system, you never know the boy could've learned this behavior from his father. Either way Justin is a piece of shit!
