Shanice Lambert: Another Panhandle Teacher Accused of Sexual Misconduct
What in tarnation is going on in the schoolhouses on Texas's High Plains?
Armstrong County Jail Shanice Lambert: Childress police have charged the 37-year-old with two counts of improper relationship with a minor.
The latest in the Shame Parade is Shanice Lambert, who looks much more glamorous on her Facebook page than in her Armstrong County mugshot. According to the Amarillo Globe-News, police in Childress accuse the 37-year-old teacher's aide of sexual assault of a child and improper relationship with a student, and the Texas Rangers are now investigating the case.
Lambert has been on administrative leave since March 20 and was arrested Wednesday. She is currently free on $20,000 in bonds.
Lambert is the third teacher from that windswept, flat and treeless region to get into trouble the end of last year.

Earlier this month, 25-year-old Patricia Jean Coone, at the time an Amarillo middle school eacher, got popped selling Ecstasy to an undercover cop. Several times over a period of months, in fact. Since her specialty was science, we wonder if she was some kind of Walter White Wannabe.
