Raymond Pecher, Late Nite Pie Manager, Accused of Arson (Read the Criminal Complaint)

Court documents say Raymond Pecher, 45, was seen leaving the building a little before 4 a.m. February 8, about ten minutes before smoke was first detected. A security cam across the street caught him leaving in a Chevrolet Astro van.
Two other men had been seen entering the building before that and leaving with a bench they loaded into an SUV.
Four different origin fires were discovered by arson investigators, and accelerant was also detected.
Pecher is charged with a felony count of arson.
Pecher denied any wrongdoing to investigators.
