A teen who was critically injured in a fight March 25 has died, and murder charges have been filed against another teen.

Alvin Foley III, 18, was shot with two companions in the 9800 block of Club Creek about 10 p.m. that night. He was taken to Ben Taub but died.
Police arrested Denzel Earl McGee, 18, Thursday and he has been charged with his murder.
The three victims had been seen getting into an argument with "four to five unknown black male suspects," HPD says. The suspects left, but returned and McGee fired shots at all three. Another man also fired shots, police said.
