Comment of the Day: The Nicolas Cage Theory of DWI
We have some great commenters here on Hair Balls, and it's time we paid some damn attention to them.
So we'll be highlighting a Comment of the Day each morning, from the previous day's work. Maybe two comments, even.
This will all be determined by a highly rigorous scientific formula involving wit, clarity and whatever else we feel like at the moment.
We wrote about Chelsee Goins, a 19-year-old East Texas woman who is racking up a (badly) impressive record of DWI offenses.
One reader noted the two pictures included in the item, and formulated a Nicolas Cage-inspired rule of thumb.

That's a rough looking 19 in the top photo and a rough looking Treasure Troll in the bottom. I can already think of the community service. It should involve how alcohol will not make you as sympathetic as Nick Cage in "Leaving Los Vegas," but it will make you LOOK like Nick Cage in "The Sorcerer's Apprentice."Yikes.
