Angel was no angel either.
If you're going to go into a church, pull out a gun and start robbing people, what better time of year than the Christmas season?

Harris County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a man who they say did just that last week, in a northside church.

"At approximately 12:10 p.m., a Hispanic male suspect entered the church and approached the male victim," Crime Stoppers says. "The suspect was asking the male victim about prayer. He then withdrew a pistol and ordered the victim into an office at gunpoint. The suspect demanded cash and personal property belonging to the male victim and a second female victim. The victims, in fear for their lives, complied with the suspect's demands and handed the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and personal property."

We guess they didn't answer the prayer question correctly.

The suspect's description:

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 25-35 years old, approximately 5-8, weighing 150 lbs, with medium complexion. He has dark brown hair with a pony tail and side burns. The suspect has a distinctive tattoo on the right side of his neck. The tattoo is in red and black letters and says "Angel."

So an Angel robbed a church at Christmas. So touching.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information called in to the 713-222-TIPS (8477) line.
