• For the record, the article doesn't say the relative was male (probably to avoid identifying the "victim" through process of elimination), nor does it say that the relative was a blood-relation, so the claims of incest are premature.  Regardless, incest is usually currently restricted to first-level relatives; in many places, it's okay now to canoodle with one's first cousin.  I'm guessing if it is pursued, it will be as statutory rape rather than anything else.
