An altercation on the far southeast side ended in murder Friday night, police said.
Argument leads to a teen's murder.
Xaiver Rubio, 17, was shot after a sidewalk argument. His brother, Ruben Rubio, 22, was injured but is expected to survive.
The suspect, Johnathan Anthony Franklin, 22, escaped and is on the run.
The incident happened in the 10900 block of the Gulf Freeway feeder road about 11 p.m. Friday.
