Prison time is coming for Montrose man.
A Montrose man has entered a guilty plea to possession of child pornography, and he's taken the "child" part of it to extremes.

Peter Kingman Lindsley, 49, was found to have on his computer "3,805 digital images and 860 video files that depicted children engaging in lewd exhibitions of the genital and the anus, sexual intercourse and deviant sexual acts, the vast majority of which involved infants," the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

The stash was found on a laptop in Lindsley's bedroom in the 1400 block of Richmond this summer. The Baytown police first discovered him trading child-porn pictures using peer-to-peer software on the web.

Lindsley plead guilty to one count of possession and faces minimum sentence of five years and a maximum of 20 years imprisonment and a maximum fine of $250,000. When he gets out of prison, he also faces a lifetime of supervised release.
