Lowell "Cook" Bell: Do You Know Who Killed Him?
Stymied cops are again asking the public's help in finding out who killed Lowell "Cook" Bell.

Bell, 55, was found dead August 22 in his apartment in the 6700 block of Fairway after friends and relatives became concerned since they had not heard from him.
"After entering the apartment, they found Bell lying face down in a pool of blood," Crime Stoppers said today. "There was no apparent forced entry into the apartment, however investigators
believe that some items were missing from the residence."
The group has upped the usual $5,000 award.
"Crime Stoppers and private sources will pay up to $7,500 for any information called in to the 713-222-TIPS (8477) or submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org that leads to the filing of felony charges or arrest of any suspect in this case," it announced.
