A man was shot to death at his Third Ward home by a masked attacker, police say.
Shot by a man with a "poofy" pony tail.
Horace Jackson, 56, was killed shortly before midnight Saturday at his home in the 6200 block of Sherwood. He suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was found lying on the ground, police say.
"The suspect was wearing all black, with a black mask over his face, and had a 'poofy' pony tail," HPD says. "He is described only as a black male, 30 to 40 years of age, weighing 150 to 170 pounds."
