A man was shot to death in his westside apartment and an arrest has been made in the case, Houston police say.

Matthew David Johnson, 47, was shot in the chest in his apartment in the 11700 block of Southlake Drive about noon Thursday, October 20.
Freddie Clark Jr., 28, was identified by police as a person of interest in the case. HPD got a tip about his whereabouts Friday and he was arrested without incident. He faces murder charges.
