After a raid on his home yesterday, Harris County Precinct 4 Constables have arrested 59-year-old Mark Robison and charged him with three counts of possession of child pornography.

According to his Facebook and LinkedIn pages, Robison studied at Duke's Fuqua School of Business and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is the CEO at 2424 Software, a home-based company specializing in form-autofilling software. His Facebook profile also states that he is married with three adult children.

According to investigators, on-scene forensics examiners found hundreds of illicit images on Robison's computers. Police say Robison would not tell them how they came to be there. According to court documents, two of the images in the criminal complaints showed nude minors and the third showed minors engaging in sex acts.

Robison has come up with his combined $60,000 bond for the three third-degree felony charges. He has requested a court-appointed attorney.

According to one of Robison's sales pitches, "FillPerfect form filler lets you avoid embarrassing mistakes and typos. Just enter your information once and you're done. Now you can focus on finding jobs instead of applying for jobs and having to type the same information over and over again."

And not having to fill out all those forms could also leave lots of free time for...other stuff, apparently.

Nobody should spend a day in prison for possession of a photograph. Go after the people who abuse children, not the people who look at pictures of the crime. Nobody gets in trouble for looking at pictures of murdered dead bodies or videos of robberies in progress. I see those videos/pictures on the news every night. We can possess pictures of heroin, cocaine, pot, etc.

A huge difference between pic of drugs and robberies and pic of innocent children being MOLESTED. I bet u r his son to defend him.If he enjoys such sick acts then he to me and to every normal person is a criminal. Its not like adult porn this is CHILDREN for gods sake. BTW this guy was a coworker and i dnt feel sorry for him not a bit

Ummm no. Pictures of murder victims and drugs are not created and sold to service a market. Pornographic pictures of children are. If you could take away the market for kiddy porn, and I am aware that's not completely possible, children would not be violated to service that market.

What gives you the impression that even a fraction of all child porn is "manufactured" for sale? I would be very, very surprised if even 1 in 100 of all producers of child porn charged money for their videos/pictures.

That a shameful implication to make, gryphon50.

Agree or disagree with FF, he is making a political point about basic American rights; There is absolutely no tenable reason to assume that one has to be a creep or a weirdo to hold his general position.

What IS creepy, is seeing busybodies try to stifle debate by scaring/intimidating people into silence. That is bullying, anti-American behavior, and those that engage in it should be ashamed of themselves.

imo.

It's manufactured to SHARE with other sick SOBs!  This fuels the fantasy to get one of those babies for their own!  With all of the options for sick people and porn today (not talking about basic consensual adult porn!) what they can view legally should be enough for their sick enjoyment.

To enjoy infant or child porn is beyond SICK, it is beyond DEPRAVED.  There is no word to describe this kind of person.

What specious drivel.

Your dishonesty is glaring, gryphon.

You made a disgusting implication about someone attempting to argue a point of logic (a point i did not personally agree with, not that that should matter), and i called you on it.

Now, you characterize that defense as "protecting the rights of people to...".

That is most certainly not what I was doing, though it was entirely predictable that you would attempt to smear me in exactly that fashion.

You are a blatantly dishonest bully and a McCarthyite, gryphon50, and I have no interest in carrying on this exchange.

yes, you are proudly upholding the American way of life by protecting the rights of people to own child porn! Where in the Constitution is that right again? I missed it. Sorry, I happen to think THAT is a shameful position.
