Chavon Frank faces two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
Police say a drunk woman ran a red light and plowed into two pedestrians, and she has been charged with intoxication manslaughter in their deaths.

Chavon Latowya Frank, 30, was driving westbound on West Fuqua about 9:15 p.m. Wednesday night when she drove through the red light at White Heather.

She hit a man and woman who were using the crosswalk, and then drove for a further half-mile "before coming to a stop and being confronted by witnesses who followed her," HPD says.

The police did not release the names of the victims, but the Houston Chronicle reported that they are Tarell Waller, 24, and Javon Shantrice Williams, 22.
