Shawn Asil Jordan: Masturbating in Jail Adds to His Problems
When you're sitting in jail on an aggravated robbery charge, time passes slowly. Thoughts drift to happier times.
A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
If those happier times involve sex -- even if it's just a fantasy "happier time" of you, say, banging Rihanna like she's never been banged before -- well, sometimes urges can get the better of you.
But if you're not careful, you'll end up with an indecent exposure charge.
That's the situation Shawn Asil Jordan, 31, finds himself in.
Court documents say that on August 16, Jordan exposed himself to one Jamel Woolfolk.
Jordan "was reckless about whether another person was present who would be offended and alarmed by the act, to wit: The defendant exposed his penis and masturbated in a public place, namely Harris County Jail," the charging instrument says.
We are shocked to learn that such things go on in a jail, because all of the old black-and-white prison movies make that idea seem very far-fetched.
At any rate, if you're going to do it, you probably should be a little more careful about it.
