• It's wet cement, which is easily washed away and smoothed while STILL WET.  Why would anyone think "Oh, let's just let it dry..."?  Whoever was in charge should have gotten her out of it as soon as it happened then brought in a pressure hose and trowels.  But that's the kind of thing that would make sense.  So, I'm guessing, not done.

• Looks like it needs to be towed out so thousands of douchbag drivers don't stop and stare blocking all of downtown trying to snap a pic and drive.

• Something tells me her insurance company is not going to like the cost of removing and replacing all that concrete she just ruined.  Oh and that anti-corrosion warranty?  lol, bet it's void too.  Concrete is almost as corrosive as Acid.

• What you don't see is the bright yellow caution tape that the driver drove through to get in this position! Yes, it was blocked off and he thought he was better than everyone else and drove through the yellow caution tape and this is the result.
