A 17-year-old male was shot to death about 2 a.m. today in Gulfton, Houston police say.
Dead at 16
The victim, whose name has not been released, was shot in the chest outside an apartment complex in 5800 block of Glenmont. (Update: Police have identified him as Kevin Quintanilla.)
He was taken to Ben Taub, where he was pronounced dead.
