Offices a-closin'
The U.S. Postal Service has announced it's thinking about shutting 3,700 locations across the country, many in small towns.

But Houston would not be spared: A list of potential closings -- hilariously labeled the "Expanded Access Study List" -- shows nine sites in the city at risk of being shut.

No, the post offices in Montrose and the Heights aren't in danger. Yet.

But two downtown locations are.

The list includes:

2 Houston Center, 909 Fannin, 77010
Civic Center Houston, 700 Smith, 77002
Denver Harbor, 5901 Market, 77020
East Houston, 9604 Mesa, 77078
Harrisburg, 8330 Manchester, 77012
Irvington, 7825 Fulton, 77022
Jensen Drive, 9520 Jensen, 77026
Martin Luther King, 9444 Cullen, 77051
Park Place, 5302 Galveston Road, 77017
