An alleged drive-by shooting near the Texas Southern University campus early Sunday morning left one person dead.
Shot near TSU
Rashad Minix, 20, was killed in the incident in the 3400 block of Rosedale about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Houston police say. Another man injured in the shooting was expected to survive.
Minix had multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital.
