Christopher Trumpower faces intoxication manslaughter charges.
A passenger of a Jaguar was killed in a wee-hours crash on the North Freeway Sunday, and the driver has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.

Police say two cars involved in a wreck were stopped in the 2700 block of the highway, on an overpass near Patton, about 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

The Jaguar driver apparently did not see the vehicles until it was too late, and slammed into one of them, killing his passenger.

The name of the victim, who died at the scene, has not been released. KPRC reports the name of the driver is Christopher Trumpower, 25. (Update: HPD confirms this.) He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and faces the intoxication manslaughter charges.
