A northwest side man shot his three neighbors in an argument and killed one of them on May 2, Houston police said. He was charged with murder over the weekend and is on the run.

Victor Ramirez, 43, was shot and killed in front of his home in the 7500 block of Long Point about 12:15 a.m. May 2, HPD says; two other neighbors were injured. Ramirez suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital.
Pedro Rodriguez, 32, has been charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
The second victim was also shot multiple times and is in critical condition; the third received one gunshot wound.
