Michelle Alcocer: Brother killed in crash.
A Houston woman has been charged with intoxication manslaughter in connection with a one-vehicle crash early Sunday that killed her brother and injured a toddler and infant.

Michelle Alcocer, 22, was driving a Chevy Tahoe at a high rate of speed northbound on Yale when she began skidding in the 5700 block, Houston police say.

The vehicle went into a ditch and rolled over. Alcocer and her brother, whose name has not been released, were ejected from the car and he was killed. Her two children, ages three and nine months, were in car seats not secured by seatbelts, HPD says, and they were found inside the car, which landed on its roof. The three survivors were taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries.
