An 18-year-old man was shot to death during an argument on the west side around noon Sunday, police say.
18 years old and dead from an argument.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, was found dead in the 10800 block of Richmond about 11:30 a.m., HPD says.
Witnesses told police the victim had been arguing with another man, who pulled out a gun and shot him. The shooter then fled on foot.
