Unidentified Homeless Man, Bayou Body Count No. 71

Houston homicide detectives are asking the public's help in identifying a homeless man whose body was found in Buffalo Bayou downtown Saturday morning.
Found shot to death in the bayou.
The man had apparently suffered gunshot wounds, HPD said.
The body was found near the 700 block of Franklin about 6:50 a.m. Saturday.
Police did not release a physical description of the man. Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
