Houston rapper Tow Down, who's been arrested before for using several Fort Bend County homes as weed greenhouses, has been nailed again.

The U.S. Attorney's office has announced that "Bryan Andrew Theriot aka Toe Down, 33," (no rap points for the USAO), his brother Bernard, 37, and six others were arrested in connection with growing up to 600 marijuana plants at three houses. The arrests were made yesterday, the USAO said.

The three houses were at 12331 Wrenthorpe Drive, 1015 Cherry Spring Drive and 10501 Jody Court.

Tow Down was arrested on similar charges in 2008 and 2010, but apparently he wasn't bothered too much by it.

Also arrested were Warrick Earl Washington a.k.a. Triple, 40, Kevin Patrick Manecke, 27, Flabio Alberto Rodriguez, 30, and Clyde Bazile, 44, all of Houston; Timothy Allen Maness, 20, of Daisetta; and Kurt Wilson Fregia, 23, of Raywood.

Says the USAO:

The complaint alleges the houses located at 1015 Cherry Spring Drive and 12331 Wrenthorpe Drive were utilized as grow houses for marijuana. The search of the Wrenthorpe house resulted in the recovery of approximately 253 marijuana plants, while the search at 1015 Cherry Spring Drive resulted in the recovery of approximately 230 marijuana plants. In addition, Manecke was charged in a separate complaint for the approximately 117 marijuana plants found at 10501 Jody Court.

The defendants are expected to make a court appearance later today.
