A man answered a knock on the door at his south Houston home last night and was shot to death, police say.
Gunned down at home.
Keith Monteds Brown, 40, was in his home in the 4200 block of Groton around 9 p.m. last night when he answered the door, HPD says.
He was then gunned down and pronounced dead at the scene. The assailant escaped.
