Comment(s) of the Day: We Are Tasteless, and Targeted (by the Wrong People)
We have some great commenters here on Hair Balls, and it's time we paid some damn attention to them.
So we'll be highlighting a Comment of the Day each morning, from the previous day's work. Maybe two comments, even.
This will all be determined by a highly rigorous scientific formula involving wit, clarity and whatever else we feel like at the moment.
We showed a picture of a Hotel Galvez room in 1911, which looked just like the photos far too many people tweet of their hotel rooms today. There was a mirror that seemed to be strategically placed to reflect what we called "bed activity"; we were heavily criticized for posting such a scandalous suggestion.

Bad enough being off the wall. But then there was this, a late comment on our "10 Worst Things Texas Gave the Modern World" item, from kykendahl88:
note to the Chron, get rid of Richard Connelly before he hurts the paper even more.
